Honestly no complains at all. Enchanting and excellent accommodation with marvellous setting just off the center of Bengalore, transport and the shopping complex. Functional and airy room, with a good bed. Great to have an attached restaurant on top floor.

The staff was a bit unprofessional and didn't seem interested in helping guests. It was frustrating when we had issues with our room, but they didn't seem to care.

From the room to housekeeping everything was prompt, punctual and of the highest quality. the staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious.
